She’s off-limits. Inappropriate. A tease, a brat, a scandal waiting to happen, and a royal pain in my @ss.
Oh, and she’s one more thing too: all mine.
…She just doesn’t know it yet.

I have a problem. A five-foot-five, brown-haired, green-eyed little tease of a problem. A problem that’s lived under my roof ever since I took her in as if she were my own years ago.

Lola. Princess Lola, that is. Lola with the fiery sass, the softest lips, the sweetest skin, and the most temping curves these rough hands have ever wanted to grab ahold of.

I’m her guardian – the man who took care of her and raised her up. But my eyes have started lingering longer than they should. My thoughts have turned darker, and there’s no turning back.

See, I want the little Princess to be my little Princess. I want her laid out dressed in nothing but jewels and a smile – a present waiting for me to unwrap and claim.

The world will say this is so f**king wrong. They’ll say I’m more than twice her age. They’ll say a rough, hardened, ex-soldier like myself has no business being with her. They’ll say a lot to try and keep us apart.

They can all go to h*ll.

Because whatever my Lola wants, she’ll get. And she’s about to get every inch of what she wants.

…But only if she says please.

I am  honestly trying to remember where I first discovered Madison Faye. I can’t remember but what I do know is that her books are fast becoming a favorite. They are always extremely sexy, smutty, and yet I never feel like they cross into the line of being crass. It’s a fine line that this author balances perfectly.

Lola has been a ward of Xavier, the Duke, for several years now. A royal scandal connected them before, but now that Lola is nineteen years old, an entirely new scandal awaits them.

One big thing I loved about this book is that we see Lola’s friends, other royals, also finding love. “Royal Brat” and “King Sized” cover two of Lola’s friends, Cassie and Riley, and I’m planning to dive into their books because I enjoyed this one so much.

This story is definitely smutty and this author has quickly become a favorite in terms of the love scenes. The scenes are incredibly steamy (I admit when I read her book,
Triple Daddies”, I had to actually take a break because it was that hot. I’ve never done that before). So if you enjoy that, you will absolutely love this book and the author.

This story has some slight conflict and again, I think this author has a great intuition for knowing how much is just enough. The main story remains on Xavier and Lola, even though we see drama elsewhere, whether it be in the setting or other characters.

If you enjoy authors like Alexa Riley and Fiona Davenport, you will definitely enjoy stories by Madison Faye. They’re in the Kindle Unlimited program as well, and are great quickie reads.

Sweet Rivalry by K. Bromberg

Amazon UK:

Ryder Rodgers had a plan.

He was going to stride into the conference room, do the required song and dance over the next five days, and win the biggest contract of his career. But when he walked in and heard the voice of one of his competitors, all his plans were shot to hell.

Harper Denton. She was always on top. In college. First in their class. Always using every advantage to edge him out to win the coveted positions. The only one who could beat him. His academic rival. More like a constant thorn in his side. And his ego’s.

When he heard her voice, he was brought back to years before. To the bitter taste of being second best. But the woman who meets his gaze is nothing like the drab wallflower he used to know. Hell no. She was all woman now: curves, confidence, and staggering sex appeal. And no doubt, still brilliant.

The fact that she’s gorgeous and bright won’t distract him. This time, Ryder’s determined to be the one on top. But not if Harper can help it.

Whew! I just finished “Sweet Rivalry” and I won’t even lie: I am still cooling off from the sexual tension between Ryder and Harper.

Harper and Ryder have known each other for a long time. They spent a good portion of that long time just picking at each other until they parted ways after college. Imagine  their shock when they run into each other while try to get the winning bid for a secret project.

I really loved this novella. As with all novellas, I didn’t want it to end. However, I loved how it ended.

One thing that really stood out to me with this story was how Harper was so aware of herself. She was very aware that was seen differently (she was the only woman in this competition), and she was also aware of how she would be perceived by others. Harper’s character isn’t just making it by. Yes, she’s in a position where she wants to win, but I think Harper would want to also win the award for just about anything. She’s strong, competitive, and highly intelligent.

One facet I loved about both Harper and Ryder, but it showed more with Ryder, was the arrogance at times. I think any time you are in a sales position, or a public speaking role where you are trying to sway someone to your way of thinking, you need to have a certain amount of arrogance. Ryder doesn’t necessarily brag but he’s aware of his competition and how they operate. He knows where his strengths lie in relation to the other challengers.

This story was just fantastic. I enjoyed every minute of it. The characters really take a hold of the reader and you are rooting for them, feeling disappointed with them, and ultimately happy that they reconnected. I would recommend this book for anyone who already loves the 1001 Dark Night novellas, any K.Bromberg fans, and anyone who has time for a quick, but incredibly steamy, reading break.

Sexy lovers foreplay at luxury flat, sensual milf foreplay with young manPassionate couple foreplay at night selective coloring, kissing neck

New York Times Bestselling author K. Bromberg writes contemporary novels that contain a mixture of sweet, emotional, a whole lot of sexy, and a little bit of real. She likes to write strong heroines, and damaged heroes who we love to hate and hate to love.

She’s a mixture of most of her female characters: sassy, intelligent, stubborn, reserved, outgoing, driven, emotional, strong, and wears her heart on her sleeve. All of which she displays daily with her husband and three children where they live in Southern California.

On a whim, K. Bromberg decided to try her hand at this writing thing. Since then she has written The Driven Series (Driven, Fueled, Crashed, Raced, Aced), the standalone Driven Novels (Slow Burn, Sweet Ache, Hard Beat, and Down Shift), and a novella (UnRaveled). She is currently finishing up Sweet Cheeks a standalone novel out November 14th.

Her plans for 2017 include a sports romance duet (2 books: The Player, The Catch) and the Everyday Heroes series (3 books: Cuffed, Combust, and Cockpit). She’s also writing a novella for the 1,001 Dark Night series that will be out in February 2017.

She loves to hear from her readers so make sure you check her out on social media.

Guy Rule: It’s only stalking if you get caught.

Rhys Campbell doesn’t believe in love at first sight, until he sees Macy Holland in a coffee shop and finds himself stalking her across town… to a sex toy shop.

Macy isn’t sure what to think about Rhys, except that he’s sexy as sin in his custom suits and even hotter out of them with all his tatted up muscles. The sassy virgin finds herself quickly falling into his bed, but little does she know he’s playing for keeps.

Warning: If sexy heroes with tattoos and piercings make you want to bite your lip and do dirty things…read on.

These novellas are quickly becoming my addiction. I seriously cannot get enough of them. This one is no exception.

So yes, this story is quick, hot, and full of insta-love. The reason I really enjoyed this novella was that even though the connection is quick, it is believable.

The author has created this mini community with the “Yeah, baby” series and so we see past characters, and it doesn’t seem quite so unreal that Rhys and Macy would be compatible. I know this might not matter to other readers, but I know for myself, I need the story to be somewhat realistic and the way this group of characters is set up really added to that for me.

Rhys is extremely swoon-worthy, while still being incredibly sexy. There were actually a few moments in the story were so incredibly sweet. It was actually a nice contrast to this sexy alpha guy to have this very tender side to him. I feel like normally we see the alpha male and he’s a big-time player, but Rhys was so different from that.

Macy is awesome. I really enjoyed her character. The one thing I loved is that even as Rhys and Macy are falling for each other, Macy doesn’t lose her fierceness. She never waivers and has no problem giving Rhys hell when he deserves it.

I would definitely recommend this book. Its sexy, funny, while endearingly sweet.

After getting ready for bed—wearing pajama pants I had to dig out of the back of my closet since I usually slept naked—I decided to look in on her and make sure she was comfortable and had everything she needed.

I knocked on the closed door and waited, then tried again. When I still heard nothing I assumed she was asleep, but a small part of me was worried that she might have slipped and fallen in the bath or been a victim of some other calamity. Flimsy excuse.

Quietly, I turned the knob on the door and pushed it open. Her light was still on and a hasty glance at her bed showed it was empty. “Macy?” I called, walking fully into the room. The bathroom light was on and the door was wide open, so I padded over to it. Just as I reached the entrance, I froze in mid-stride. Every nerve in my body coiled tight, unable to move. Except my cock which was rapidly growing and hardening.

Macy was just slipping my shirt over her head and before it fell, I got a glimpse of all that was underneath. High, rounded breasts that would fit so well in my hands, pink nipples that made my mouth water. A slender torso, nipped in waist, and a belly button that had my tongue itching to lick around it. Her hips flared out just enough to be perfect for a tight grip while she was thoroughly fucked from behind. Toned, sexy legs, and my jaw practically dropped to the ground at the sight of her smooth, bare pussy.

Son of a fucking bitch! I mentally screamed at the fucking garment that was hiding all that perfection.

Star Pupil by Rochelle Paige

Amazon AU:

Griffin Stone isn’t known for his patience, but he manages to endure the three months until Avery Rose’s eighteenth birthday to pursue her. The hot teacher has a plan…

Step 1: Get close to Avery by replacing her set teacher.

Step 2: Make the gorgeous young actress fall for him—just like he’d done with her at first sight from across the studio lot.

Step 3: Teach her the most important lesson of all—that she belongs with him.

Warning: The sweet story might be short, but it has plenty of sexiness and an alpha male who will do whatever it takes to get his woman.

Please note: Star Pupil was previously published in the Hot For Teacher anthology.

I normally don’t read novellas. This book is making me change my mind on that front. These things are like crack! I could not put it down and then I found myself one-clicking another one and devouring it.

That said, I also don’t normally go for the student/teacher romance. Something about it just never sits well with me; maybe its where my mind goes with it. But this book actually worked really well and I found myself enjoying the story a lot and it opened my mind to a concept that I normally am dismissive of.

This book is short, but extremely steamy. Avery is an up-and-coming actress who Griffin sees from afar. He’s immediately drawn to her, but he also knows she isn’t of age…yet. So he bides his time. When they do meet, the chemistry is undeniable.

One facet I really loved of Avery and Griffin’s relationship is that he bolsters her confidence. There are a few scenes where he is truly paying attention to Avery and really helps her stand up for herself. Those scenes were actually some of my favorite in the book.

I would definitely recommend Avery and Griffin’s story. I loved the way it was presented and to me, it really shows the talent this author has to make me like something that I normally would shy away from.
